Chrissie's exceptional communication skills, warm welcome, location, delicious breakfast made our stay truly wonderful. Can't wait to visit again!

The property is very close to shops, good restaurants and access to public transport. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable. The lounge area is an absolute delight. We made good of the gym and running track. Next time we’ll visit the cinema room and possibly use the BBQ facilities. Contrary to what previous guests mentioned in their reviews, I had no difficulty finding the car park, I was able to register my rental car for parking on the same day and i had no issues with check-in and check-out times. It is worth-noting that I called them about a day or two in advance to discuss these. I strongly recommend that.

This was a good value room given the central location, which I needed. Reasonably cheap day parking was available. It was clean and had all the basic amenities.
The location was very convenient for our needs - right in the city centre and close to lots of shops and restaurants. The room was fairly basic, but spotless and very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The cooked breakfast was excellent, though let down by rather horrid coffee from a machine. (By way of compensation, there was a Nespresso machine in our room.) All the staff were polite and friendly and wew were very impressed by the way the receptionist dealt with a complaint from an unhappy customer over the phone whilst we were there.
We loved our stay here! Sadly it was just a quick one night trip to Birmingham for us, but would have loved to stay longer. The room was lovely and really spacious with great facilities. The bathroom was especially nice, super clean and an actual powerful shower🙌🏻 The location was perfect for us, close enough to the city centre to walk or a cheap Uber which was ideal!

Ideal location for NEC, which is a walkable distance and easy to get to and a lot cheaper than the Hilton. We didn't have breakfast here so can't comment on that, but did have a couple of the hot sandwiches at the bar the afternoon we checked in and these were good and reasonably priced, for a hotel.
The location was ideal for the station and the Utilata arena. We received a very warm and lovely welcome from Sean on Reception, the room was nice and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices and was laid out really nicely.

Fantastic location less than 10 mins walk to Utilita Arena and Temple Row; very clean throughout the hotel; very comfortable beds; tea facilities in room; good self service breakfast; friendly and helpful staff; value parking on site. A great budget hotel, would stay again.
