Fantastic location. Short walk to shops, pubs etc. Free parking on site between 6pm - 8am with cheap rates during other hours. Apartment was spotless and fully equipped, kitchen utensils, white goods, iron with board, towels, tv, wifi and a covered outdoor seating area. Clear instructions given by the owners throughout the booking process via booking.com and before arrival regarding codes and keycard. A loaf of bread and milk left by the owners along with tea, coffee and some biscuits, very much appreciated.
Great location, ideal to visit Woodbridge, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness Southwold and many more lovely places. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, very quiet peaceful location. Lovely welcome pack, cupcakes, tea, coffee etc would love to stay here again.

Ideal location for what we needed, very clean comfortable room, lovely breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful nothing to much trouble if you needed something.
The location was ideal, we went out everyday, it was close to other attractions, the staff were all so friendly, the food was not gourmet, but very good value for money. Easy parking, our room met our exact needs, very clean.
