The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, replying to my queries ahead of my stay and even supplying me with a mini fridge for my room.

Absolutely everything! Truly amazing hotel!!!! Sooo much value for money…. The double rooms are huge! The bed was REALLY comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean. The shower was incredible! The staff were soo warm and friendly. The location was perfect and very central to everything. Everything exceeded my expectations due to how affordable it was. I wish I could have stayed longer, but every time I travel for work I will ONLY use their hotel

Loved the room. Booked a junior suite and got an excellent deal. Room was enormous, very clean and quiet- away from central activity- with a lovely spa bath and huge bed. Great nights sleep. Check in great, staff friendly & communal areas very clean and well kept. Great location for A1, M18 stopovers.
A great house that feels very separate and secluded with all the required amenities and instructions for use. An ideal Location for exploring Sheffield, Kelham Island and it's pubs and restaurants and a short walk into the City Centre. Quiet area, easy to park and plenty of space. Very clean, bright and tidy with a nice view from the bedroom across the river.
Great budget hotel with breakfast.. good location for a night out
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was well cooked and plentiful. The location was very easy to get to and ideal for visiting Doncaster city centre or Lakeside location.
Spotlessly clean and obviously recently renovated rooms. The bed was very comfy. Ideal location for an event I was attending at the retail park around the corner.
Hotel was lovely overall - lovely ambience and really good location (although ideally wouldn’t have had to park so far away and then walk with a pushchair and all the bags for 15 minutes). The reception staff on check in (two ladies) were extremely polite and cheerful and had a joke with us about the cot mattress that had been set up in our room for our son. The room itself had a lovely bathroom and was very clean and objectively excellent for a wandering toddler as there was nothing really he could destroy or injure himself on.
