A flat-screen TV is available. Peaceful location, lovely courtyard room with everything needed, including a very comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast and excellent evening meal on the day we chose to eat there. It was nice staying next to the bar - we could have a drink in the evening without worrying about who was going to drive. We're not golfers, but learned a bit about the sport while we were there! Also was great to be so close to the Nature Reserve and able to walk around Rutland Water.

The location in Oakham was very central, metres off the main town centre. Then we entered the room, it was a great size, including a large double bed, sofa and an exceptional bathroom. The local pub in Ketton is only 15 minutes walk and has a great atmosphere and real ales. Really quiet and peaceful location . Very comfortable bed and lovely luxurious big bathroom. Kitchen had everything needed. Owners were very welcoming and communication was excellent.
