The apartment was warm and welcoming in mid-February. The key code system worked smoothly. Access to Netflix and BBC iPlayer was a nice bonus, but we just enjoyed catching up with British TV. We liked the large screens, although we didn't use the second television in the bedroom.

The staff was friendly and helpful, when we asked about dining out or finding a laundromat. The full English breakfast was piping hot and delicious . There was also cereal and fruit on the side and lots of hot coffee, tea or cold beverages. We sat in the breakfast room and watched the boats go by. we also enjoyed the pub right downstairs for food and drinks.

Free parking is on a first come, first served basis. If you are located to our Kings Road location, you will be offered the use of free car parking at Duchy Road. Very large, beautiful and relaxing space. Felt very much at home. Loved the kitchen, spa like bathroom which had both a tub and shower, and very large couch to relax on. The location was very central, and it was easy to walk around town.

We had a tiny but cosy room, spotlessly clean. Drinks and food (both dinner and breakfast) were excellent. The location is excellent, right on the market square, and parking overnight on the street nearby was free.
