Location was good. 3 flights of stairs not ideal but they were mentioned in the description. Very clean. Suited our needs for a few days.

Our room was on the front with a partial sea view, was a very large room some dated furniture but we are ok with that, it was very clean and comfy and had all we needed. We did not use the restaurant but used the bar and prices where good. It was in an ideal location on the front near to the shops and lake.
Location is excellent, we have stayed here a few times.It is cheap and cheerful. We stay in family room 17 and 18 which has a lot of space for us. We didn't have breakfast here on this occasion. If you are looking for somewhere central, on a budget and can overlook the decor, it's ideal
The property was very clean, well organised and comfortable. It is very easy to access and location was good, about 25 min walking distance from the docks. There is no parking but there is a very cheap car park right around the corner and down the street. The communication was very good with the owners. The price for 2 nights was very steep but it was Eurovision weekend so I think we go a good deal compared to other places! Would definitely recommend.
It was in a good location, centre of the city, it was clean, the staff were polite and helpful, always someone on the desk, the rooms are clean, warm with tea/coffee facilities, good if you're on a budget as it's quite cheap/affordable
Ideal location, room was clean, breakfast was lovely, staff all great. For what I paid I was very happy with everything, this isn't 5 star so please don't book a budget hotel and slate the place, you get what you paid for at the end of the day, I had a very clean bathroom, a lovely breakfast and a peaceful nights sleep ( sunday night )
Rooms very clean, excellent location directly next door to James Street Station if your arriving or leaving via here u only have to walk to next doorway so perfect for that. Across road there is a weather spoons for breakfast. Short walk to Mathew Street and Cavern club. Hotel is a 5 min walk from waterfront . It’s a great location as the price was so cheap, couldn’t go wrong. Ideal for a budget stay.
The location was excellent, close to everything. Ideal for shopping on Bold Street. Plenty of restaurants nearby and cheap parking at the NCP Heathfield across the road. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. Great price for a two night stay. Thanks.
