Eastbourne
On Eastbourne seafront, Ebor Lodge offers well-appointed rooms and a full breakfast menu. This East Sussex guest house has free Wi-Fi and is within 15 minutes’ walk of the Royal Hippodrome Theatre and the town’s 1930s bandstand. Wonderful location at the start of the Marine Parade. The owner was very helpful and gave us a restaurant recommendation. The fitting room was comfortable, as was the bed. I would definitely stay at Ebor Lodge again!

Unexpectedly wonderful. Authentic. Didn't expect a pub but turned out to be a plus. Very good food for both dinner and breakfast. Spacious room with modern bathroom. Nicest people.

The facilities are immaculate, clean & exceptionally well managed by the manager Daniella & all of her staff who are equally attentive, friendly & helpful. Overall it was the whole package, the extra details such as chocolates on the bed on 14 Feb.

The property is non-smoking and is located 44 km from Leeds Castle. Sue and Simon are the perfect hosts, friendly, kind and lovely. The flat was spotless, a real home from home and ideal for Rye town centre or going further afield. The flat has everything you need, is lovely and peaceful and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We will definitely go back for another stay.

Our room was very confortable and relaxing, employees were very nice, especially to accommodate a solution for our dog, and the house, garden included, is very beautiful. In addition, very close to Sheffield Park and not far from Newhaven harbor for travellers like us coming from France, it’s very convenient.

The room was lovely, very clean, and everything I could have wanted. It would have been nice to have a bottle of still water to make a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. Everything else was there to make a drink. I liked the touches of a couple of snacks along with the usual tea and coffee sachets. The hotel is very close to the pier it was an ideal location.
Excellent location the staff are just wonderful very polite and welcoming. To the rooms to the corridors everything was just spotless very clean very quiet and comfort highly recommended

Perfect location just a short walk to the beach and busy areas of Brighton. Bonus being that the station car park is directly opposite the hotel entrance. Would have been good to know that you need to download the Connect parking app beforehand. It was easy to do but would prove annoying if in a hurry. Hotel was very clean and staff very welcoming and friendly. Value for money hotel, that’s exceptionally clean and ideally located when visiting Brighton!
Good breakfast selection, very clean and comfortable room and even though it was in the basement with no view, it was spotless and spacious. So close to the beach and town, great location. We ate dinner at Shelter Hall and walked along the seafront and back to bed within 10 minutes!

Price great value for money.. a good 40 minutes walk to Brighton/£7 taxi or all buses go to centre . We were not visiting centre so location worked for us. The view from our room was absolutely stunning and we weren't expecting it at all. The balcony was lovely and the room itself was very clean, modern and comfortable, especially the bed. Staff were incredibly helpful with parking, which was very cheap, and the hotel is in an ideal location. We highly recommend staying here if going to Eastbourne!
