Opened in 2017, bedrooms are attractively furnished with floor to ceiling windows, some with balconies and city views. They feature free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, complimentary refreshments, desk and chair, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers. The room was clean and spacious. I was impressed with the refrigerator, which is exceptional in UK hotels. The location is ideal (almost the city centre of Cambridge).

Recently refurbished, the entire inn was very clean and comfortable. It had an extra sitting area in our room which was was a nice surprise. It was cold, very windy and raining out but the heat was on and we were snug. We had lunch and dinner there and both were very tasty.

Lovely guesthouse and good comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Absolutely spotless as well - don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere this clean. Check-in went smoothly and the host was very friendly. Location is not that close to the city centre but ideal for easy access to the train station, which was what we needed.
The rooms were very clean and well decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. Made for a very cosy stay. Checking-in was extremely easy and quick meaning I got straight to my room once I arrived. The location is also superb. You're just a short walk from the park and ride which provides quick and cheap travel around Cambridge with buses being very regular. While breakfast isn't provided, a map is included on check-in giving directions to two nearby locations that serve full cooked breakfasts and are only a short walk away.
Owner was friendly, the location was ideal for us, being 5 mins from the park&ride to Cambridge. The main building is an Indian reteraunt/takeaway. We ate there and the food was good and very reasonable. The room was very cheap.
The barn was exceptional, spacious, very clean, luxurious, and with high-quality furnishings, The garden was beautiful, large, and with several different seating areas. Great gluten and gluten-free breakfasts. It is in an ideal location, within walking distance to a good choice of restaurants, takeaways, and shops. Debbie and Simon are perfect hosts.
