And then for a great price, you have included a very naturall breakfast with fresh orange juice, croissants, fruit, bread and some local products to spread on the bread. If we go to that area, we will repeat the stay in "Moulins de Clan" for sure.(As we already did 🙂)

We booked based on location, near to the town centre, station and car rental places. It was great to have 2 separate rooms and the sofa bed split into 2 singles which was ideal for our 2 children. The beds were comfy and it was also really quiet at night so we slept well. We used the pool (1.4m deep, so bring swim aids for little ones) and the table football was a bonus!
Staff were really friendly, room was clean and tidy and location is right next to Republic Corner in Poitiers which is ideal! Very comfortable stay very few minor faults.
This is the 5th time that we have stayed at Au Chapon Fin, and we will continue to do so. The staff are friendly, and the hotel's location and available parking is ideal.
This place has everything you need for an economy hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the town and for immedite proximity to the train station for onward travel. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I opted for the continental breakfast that set me up nicely for my meanderings around the town. If you are a smoker/vaper there is even an off-street outside espace fumeurs. Highly recommended.
Just 2* but they deserve more. Very clean, a bit outdated but still comfy, absolutely for the great price. A bistro kind restaurant serves delicious food, again, for a more than reasonable price. I've been in a kinda bad situation with my van around Poitiers, so happy I found this place and stayed here. The staff are very friendly, helpful and some of them speak English. If you're looking for a good place to stay around Poitiers And your budget is limited, more than recommended.

The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. The location was ideal and there was free parking at the hotel, which was very convenient.
Excellent location, convenient for both the railway station and all that Poitiers has to offer - which is a lot! Veronique, the owner, was very helpful and knowledgeable about Poitiers, including where to park for free, and gave us a fan to use during the very hot weather. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and having the use of the terrace to eat outside was a bonus. As well as having a dishwasher to deal with the plates afterwards!
Ideal location near motorway for travelling north/south through France. We didnt eat on premises but menu looked good value. Essentially on a business park, there is a grassy area to rear of property - ideal for dogs and good parking. Close by are intermarche supermarket (for cheap fuel) and a great bakery (Ma Boulangerie) for baguettes coffee etc for onward journey. In these covid times, there is also a pharmacy closeby (Pharmacie Des Rocs) offering rapid antigen testing with certificate for travel - no reservation required
