I originally booked for 4 nights but loved it so much I extended for another 4 nights. The staff & locals welcomed me like family and were always so sweet & kind. It was great getting to know them. The food was delicious and the day time activities were so much fun and varied. It felt like being part of the community whilst staying there. The evenings were always lots of fun, everyone coming together to socialize and hang out. I will be returning as soon as I can - I miss it so much! Thank you to everyone at Waya Lailai 💛

Staff were super friendly and helpful Dorms were comfy and beds clean Food was tasty and plentiful The reef on the beach was absolutely stunning and we made good use of the free snorkelling equipment daily to marvel at it's wonders We were lucky enough to snorkel with the manta rays which was an incredible experience and my favourite memory of Fiji

Boasting a waterfront location, Paradise Cove Resort features over 200 metres of private beach area. Surrounded by a garden landscape, this property offers a day spa, an outdoor pool and a restaurant. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. Everything. The most perfect paradise, of course the facilities are unreal with the best private beach and snorkeling just a few feet away from your room. Every meal was delicious, and the service was unbeatable. The staff here are GOLD, above and beyond kind and generous, my sister and I felt right at home. The best part was the kava ceremony nightly, a must do (casually the best most enchanting music i’ve heard in my life). THANK YOU PARADISE COVE!! Hope to be back soon ❤️

Set on 1 km of beach in Likuliku Bay, this resort offers a swimming pool and a luxurious day spa. There are 2 bars, a restaurant and a variety of cultural activities available. Guests can go snorkelling, fishing and kayaking on site. Absolutely stunning resort and facilities. Staff were incredibly kind and generous with their smiles. Was not expecting free activities such as yoga and snorkeling, very nice! The resort is beautiful and the beach is nothing short of exceptional. WiFi actually worked almost everywhere on the resort, and was impressively fast.

Voyager Retreat Homestay offers accommodation in Nanuya Lailai. Set on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area, a garden and a terrace. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Fantastic homestay, lovely hosts who cook amazing food so you'll never go hungry. They are in the midst of upgrading so can only get better. It's a newer homestay, so not many people know about it, making this a massive hidden gem. Highly underrated and absolutely should be a place to go if you're coming to this island.

Guests at Gold Coast Inn - Adults Only can enjoy fishing and snorkelling nearby, or make the most of the garden. We just spent two nights here but we could have easily spent some more time here. This is one of the most relaxing and calm homestays we've been to. The food is delicious, Illy is a great cook. The family has a great sense of humour, and they are very helpful and kind. If you need something small from the shop or an atm, there is one on the other side at Nanuya boathouse that is a 20 min walk away (one way). We stayed in the doorm room, the facilities were clean and our room was very nice and we felt really comfortable.

A private entrance leads guests into the homestay, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. The homestay offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. We spent 2 nights here. The room was clean and we had free wifi and electricity. The hosts are true entertainers and made sure we got the full fijian experience. From showing us around the village to hosting a kava ceremony, there was a little bit of everything. There was enough fijian cousin to feed everyone twice. The beach is beautiful, and we loved snorkeling and relaxing in the hammocks on the beach that we had to ourselves. You can borrow snorkeling gear or a kayak free of charge. We especially enjoyed being shown how they make the lovo (a fijian dirt oven) while drinking a coconut straight from the tree. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

We had the pleasure of being one of the first guests at this beautiful resort and we are so glad we took a chance on it. From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome and the entire team was friendly and helpful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. Our kids had a great time playing on the beach and we took their kayaks to explore the local coast line and nearby island. The rooms were comfortable and immaculately clean and the food selection and quality was great. There was something on the menu for everyone to enjoy! We hope to visit again soon in the near future.

Sunrise Lagoon Homestay is offering accommodation in Nanuya Lailai. Located on the beachfront, this property features a private beach area, water sports facilities and a garden. The homestay has family rooms. Amazing experience, living like locals Good to disconnect from real life and experience something like that. I recommend to everyone to get out of their comfort zone. They are amazing people, next to paradise beaches Do the activities (swim with the sharks, the caves..) Watch the sunrise and Sunset Go to lo's teahouse down the beach, have a massage there (no it's not gonna be the best massage but this is a big help for them to live)

Ideally located for diving, Barefoot Kuata Island Resort Island offers a bar, restaurant, swimming pool and games room. Daily activities include coconut bowling, traditional dancing, live music and crab racing. Unbelievable stay at Barefoot Kuata! It's been a month and I still think about it at least once a day. The snorkeling was phenomenal. Upgrade to the seaside bungalow if you can. Customer service was exceptional.
