The most abundant corals we have seen and all so easily accessible from the shore. Great dive team and access to talks from the marine biologist. Great array of activities both free and paid to fill your day. Really friendly staff.The rooms were great with the outdoor bathrooms. We will definitely be coming back!

Guests can go snorkelling, fishing and kayaking on site. Absolutely stunning resort and facilities. Staff were incredibly kind and generous with their smiles. Was not expecting free activities such as yoga and snorkeling, very nice! The resort is beautiful and the beach is nothing short of exceptional. WiFi actually worked almost everywhere on the resort, and was impressively fast.

The homestay offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. this was by far the best accommodation i have ever been to and deserves the best rating i have ever given. the family is so incredibly nice and tries to make your stay as good as possible. you can plan activities with them and all activities are free, whereas at other accommodations in the region you would pay a fortune. we also went to the famous sawa-i-lau caves, which was an experience. the food is incredible. the man knows how to cook and teaches you about fijian cuisine for just 25 dollars a day per person. they also try to show you the culture of the local people, show you nearby villages, schools and churches. an absolute experience! i can recommend this accommodation with heart and joy to everyone. it is not just an accommodation, but a unique experience that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. vinaka and thank you for the great time!

Ideally located for diving, Barefoot Kuata Island Resort Island offers a bar, restaurant, swimming pool and games room. Daily activities include coconut bowling, traditional dancing, live music and crab racing. I loved my stay at Barefoot Kuata, the resort is so beautiful and the staff really treats you like family. I wanna say extra thank you to Moses and Semi who made my vacation very special <3 also recommend everyone to do the bullshark dive, best experience in my life!

As common knowledge breakfast is usually included in hotel/ resort stays. But we had to pay for it. If there was an option, people would go out to eat but it's on an island. The management should think about it.

Among the various facilities of this property are a bar and a private beach area. Certain rooms at the property include a patio with a sea view. It was an amazing experience at safe landing. The staff was amazing (especially Ku and the Coconut Man). There are a lot of amazing activities you could do, I can recommend going for a loooong walk up the mountains of the island ( a truly mesmerising view!!). In fact I liked it so much, that I stayed an extra night. Don't expect a luxurious resort, but an authentic, family owned place with amazing food and a laid back lifestyle.
