Walter, our host welcomed us personally and he organized a transfer and taxi trip for us from the airport. He is very friendly, helpful and responds quickly, we were happy to have him as host. The place itself is quiet and comfortable, perfect for travelling couples. We would definitely go back!

Set 1.8 km from La Estacion Beach, El Arco de Darwin offers accommodation with a balcony. It is situated 1.9 km from Los Alemanes Beach and offers a shared kitchen. Very nice hotel and very clean. They were also very helpful in setting up transport to the airport.

The Finch House is a detached holiday home located in Puerto Ayora in the Santa Cruz Island, Galápagos and is 4 km from Tortuga Bay. The holiday home is 20 km from El Garrapatero Beach. Mercedes was an excellent host. The unit was spacious, and perfect for me and my partner and our friends that we were travelling with. The kitchen is stocked with the basic necessities for cooking, the staff keep the unit clean while you are away, and there is A/C!

Patty House Galapagos is located in Puerto Ayora, 1, 2 km from Charles Darwin Avenue and 1.5 km from the Malecon. Very, very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Very good, clean, spaciuos bathroom. Breakfast was awesome

Galapagos Morning Glory is located 15 minutes’ walk from the beachfront within a commercial area featuring banks and shops in Puerto Ayora. Free WiFi access is available on site. Owners were so helpful and very present. Lovely to have a kitchen to save a bit of money on eating out. Location was fab, everything in walking distance. Bedroom was large and A/C was a welcome addition. You can book tours and ferry’s through the hotel so made it really easy.

Nelyza’s Suites & Adventure is a property located 1.7 km from La Estación Beach, in Santa Cruz Island. It offers bicycles on loan free of charge and free WiFi access. The host was so accommodating and friendly. She made the stay a dream. The hostel is beautiful too. It is a bit far from the town but you can use the bikes at the hostel for free so it's nice to be able to be in the busy city if you like but also enjoy the quiet side if you prefer.

La Mirada del Solitario George is located in Puerto Ayora, just 4 minutes’ drive from Charles Darwin Station and next to Cazares School. Incredibly friendly family owned hostal! Our room was big and cozy, with great air conditioning and a hot shower. The couple who run the hostel were so kind and gave us heaps of information to help make the most of our time on the island. The hostal is a 15 minute walk from town, but we didn’t mind this as it meant for quiet nights. Would definitely recommend, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Filtered drinking water available too!

Capitan Max B&B is located amidst the Galápagos National Park, within Puerto Ayora. It offers free WiFi access and a 24-hour front desk service. Max and his staff are super friendly and we enjoyed every second of our stay. He helped us whenever we needed it. We really liked the maritime style of the hotel. If we ever come back to Santa Cruz we will definitely stay at Capitan Max B&B.
