The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. The grounds were incredibly beautiful and well kept. The room was very clean. The bathroom spotless and the hot water was super hot. The dining room was spacious and the view from the dining area was picturesque. Simply put we loved everything about the property. Did we mention the food? It was wonderful. Julio the chef and Sabastian offered spectacular service.

We loved everything about this place, it was the best accommodation we had in our whole trip around Ecuador, from the location to the staff, the room, the surroundings, it was all absolutely lovely, can't recommend enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice having a restaurant on site, we particularly enjoyed the grilled trout. Our room was large, clean and the chimney gave it a very cosy touch while keeping us warm after an outdoor jacuzzi session! We highly recommend this place.

This property was beautiful! it has been refurbished in the last few months and the attention to detail is exquisite. It’s immaculately maintained and it’s location in the valley of the volcanoes cannot be matched. we ate dinner and breakfast there which were wonderful overlooking the Cotopaxi volcano. The staff were amazing particularly Jesica who organized everything for us including horseback riding. I’ve forgotten the name of the other person who helped us out — Diego or Jose — but he was extremely helpful too. We loved the fireplace in our room. I can’t say enough about Chilcabamba!
