Everything looked clean and new, there was even music in the shower 😍 Personnel were lovely and took dietary request into account for breakfast. Breakfast is like in a 5-star hotel, but for a very reasonable price. Tasty and beautiful. Multiple restaurants are within 20-minute walking distance. We loved our stay!

Good room with superb view of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles, so obviously the location is ideal for visiting those places. Breakfast provided a good selcection. Staff helpfulness and friendliness was excellent.
The hotel is in a great location. Just a short stroll from the railway station and the staff were really nice and let us put our bags in storage from early morning while we went hiking. A different gentleman checked us in and again - really lovely to deal with. The room was perfect and the bed really comfy. The lobby was spotless and cosy for some evening chilling!
The room and all the facilities of the hotel were very aesthetically pleasing and very clean. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking and the hotel's location allowed us to walk to all of the attraction points nearby. The spa was great for relaxing after our walks. All of the staff were very polite and very competent.
The location was absolutely ideal for the area with access to the castles and mountains. The accommodation had a rural setting and felt very safe as well as being very spacious.
This is a very nice hotel situated in picturesque area below Neuschwanstein Castle and it is very clean, well maintained. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.Lovely big room with very comfy bed, separate large bathroom and toilet, mini bar and tea & coffee making facilities. We had a small balcony with fantastic view of the castle. I highly recommend it for its cleanliness, warm and helpful service, view and location.
Great location within walking distance to Füssen, centre of Schwangau and to Hochschwangau. The accomodation is spacious, beautifully furnished, and very clean. We were greeted very kindly and the landlady informed us about all the tourist attractions in the area.
The location is great, the room is spacious with comfortable beds and a minibar, the bathroom is new and very clean. The staff was great and very friendly. I'd definitely come back.
Excellent Landhaus in a superb location. Ideal as a base for cycling and walking. Bus stops close by for travel into Fussen. Superb breakfast, very clean and very friendly staff.
The location, with a view of the Neuschwanstein castle from our room, was ideal. We were able to walk to both of the castles. We borrowed bikes from the hotel and toured the beautiful lakes and rode along the River on designated bike paths. The breakfast was delicious and healthy! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. All COVID restrictions were maintained within the property and we felt very safe during our stay there.
