London 21 was exactly as described online. Absolutely spotless and ideally located for short distance walking to restaurants and Aldstadt visitor attractions. We never met the hosts as everything was sorted via email/messaging. Their responses to questions was always prompt which we appreciate.
The hotel is in a great location across from the Rhine. Our room had a clear view across the river. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location provides easy walk to the cruise ship terminal at Sankt Goar. The room was very clean and the restaurant and breakfast were exceptional.
The location was perfect, great access to the city, has all the amenities (dishwasher, comfortable mattress etc.) and I asked for an iron which I received on the same day. In other reviews it said the property wasn’t clean, although when I stayed it was spotless. Overall a very pleasant trip, would definitely recommend.

Excellent location on the edge of the old town. Apartment was very clean , well furnished and had everything you could need for a short stay. Lift was a bonus for luggage! Communication with Daniela was excellent.
The location on the waterfront was excellent. Being able to sit on the balcony and watch the traffic on the Rhein was great. The hotel was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and most importantly: quiet.

The location was ideal. We were visiting our son who was on Erasmus, studying in WHU from Ireland, for a semester. The apartment was around the corner from the university. The apartment was spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. There is a Rewe supermarket down the street and the bus stop for Koblenz, the nearest city, is also very close. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property and we would definitely stay here again.
