The room /chalet had many personal touches that made it a very special place to stay. I had both dinner and breakfast in their beautiful restaurant and both meals were very nice surprises and made with their own fresh ingredients. They were very accommodating. All of the staff went the extra mile to make your stay a very pleasant one, immediately making you comfortable. I don't know that I ever stayed at such a lovely place. Exceptional!

They helped us book online the tickets we needed while we used their computer.

The view from the outlook was exceptional. We saw many types of birds, including the rare great green macaw. Loved the views, the food, the friendly staff and the walk to the waterfall.
