I especially enjoyed the breakfasts--simple, delicious, and served in a wonderfully cozy room full of plants and small animals. The small staff has a nice human touch. Great all around! I also liked that the windows were operable, and that there were several outdoor patios to enjoy the balmy weather.

Rustic wood walls, antique sculptures and Chinese calligraphies add to the charm of this hotel. Very clean and super helpful and friendly host. He helped us with our luggages and showed us where to find food at night. He also helped to arrange transportation for us to go around huangshan. The house is very clean despite it being a historical place. Very authentic chinese house. Thank you!
