The location of the cottage nestled in the forest was so peaceful. There are many fun things to do in the area, hiking trails, swimming, venturing into nearby towns and taking in all that nature has to offer. Lisa and Ian provided everything we needed for a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this off the grind oasis! I will definitely visit Barkview Hideaway again!

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the holiday home free of charge. The house was really great. It is located just on the edge of a park and on the York river. Beutifull view. Very wuit location. We used the kitchen a lot - stoves, oven, dishwasher and barbique. All were extremely conviniant. It is also within walking distance from several shops and restaurants.

They supplied firewood for the fire pit and fire place. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Would recommend this cottage!!!
