We had a wonderful time at the Alpl Resort, Christian was amazing. The resort is very big and beautiful, lots to do and look at. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area. The family Wilenshofer is very nice, their team is professional. The breakfast was very rich, everything was fresh. We took half board and the served dinner was each day for as the delicious experience. We enjoyed the stay. The property is on very calm place only cows give you good night. The rooms at the Hold Gastwirtschaft come with a balcony or terrace, a flat-screen cable TV, and a bathroom. This is a wonderful place to stay. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We chose a suite and were surprised by the size of it. It had a coffee maker and a small fridge which were perfect for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the walk-in shower was great. There was a tub but we didn't use it during our stay. There was a nice porch out front where we sat to enjoy the spring sunshine. Breakfast was a feast with items and coffee made to order as well as a large layout of food to chose from in the buffet. We ate dinner in the evening and everything was fresh and made to order. It was so good we were even tempted by dessert. We enjoyed being in a family run establishment which made us feel like welcome guests.

The Mönichwalderhof enjoys a scenic location in Mönichwald in Eastern Styria. It offers a spa area with an indoor pool, and a large garden with a children’s playground. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. We stayed in one of the new rooms. The room was very big, big bathroom, big balcony, modern with very comfortable beds and sofa. Food was delicious. Dog friendly hotel. We especially enjoyed the late check out (we left about 4pm). I also enjoyed the facial treatment and pedicure with Mrs. Rita and the massage with Mrs. Verena (not sure if spelled correctly). Great place to chill out.

The surrounding Joglland Region is a favourite among nature lovers. Super family run hotel, delicious foods, wonderful wellness area, nice little surprises that made our Easter staying a very special one. Good walking and hiking trails in the nearby. Bio and Finnish sauna, super clean with a charming relaxing area.
