Fantastic value, perfectly clean and comfortable rooms. Bed was super comfortable, and the room was quiet with blackout curtains, so it's a really great night's rest. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of European style and uzbek style options. Wi-fi worked well for Zoom meetings and file uploads. The staff are incredibly professional and went out of their way to help me when there was a technical error with my e-visa, to help me get taxis, etc. They really care about helping tourists. I really appreciate the customer service here more than anything! 100% recommend, 5 stars, will stay again.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, probably recently refurbished. The name "Sweet Home" was well chosen because it does have this homey and love nest feel, in particular in the dining corner. The bathroom is equipped with a decent size bathtub. The kitchen is modern and clean.

We stayed twice in Igmar on our Aprill 2024 trip to Uzbekistan. The first time, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment, while the second time we stayed in a double room. Both rooms were spotlessly clean, and large enough for two people. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly through both our stays. Igmar is located in a residential area, with lots of small grocery stores (somewhat 7-11 like) within a 2-3 minute walk. There are two large supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Since Igmar doesn't provide breakfast, these came in use to pick up baked goods and breads for our breakfast. Chilonzor Metro station is about a 10 minute walk on a fairly busy road, past lots of takeaways. We felt pretty safe in the neighbourhood, as there were always people on the streets, and children playing.

Great experience. The location was great as the Metro, Mall, and Eateries were all at a walking distance. The host was extremely kind, warm, and helpful. He guided us through each step to make our stay memorable. The apartment was very clean with all the necessary facilities. It was quite spacious with simple yet beautiful decor. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay.
