I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful. The location is great, with many good restaurants nearby. There’s also a bus stop right behind the hotel that takes you to Manhattan in just about 25 minutes, making it very easy to reach the Times Square area. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!

The size of the rooms - spacious! Very spacious! Very nice, light, comfortable. Beds were also superb. Very good bathroom.

Very clean and cozy hotel with a great location to explore the financial district or take the metro at Fulton Streat which is just across the street. The staff was very friendly, I can only recommend staying at Artezen Hotel!

Front desk is rude and negligent. L o u i s should find another job. Said we had two rooms, I showed him my booking he nodded bit said sorry only have two rooms. Not helpful at all. He was creepy to our teenage daughters.. stay away

Above my expectations, the exceptional location, the unexpected comfort, the functional layout and the cleanliness of the room (the staff were always very helpful and friendly).
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. It’s a good location , 15 minutes away from Manhattan with bus station under the hall.

Great location. The bus stop outside with the 320 to NYC Bus Station is perfect. They're really regular and cheap. The room was huge and really clean too with a comfy bed. However the walls are pretty thin!
we love the location and the bus service to the mall and train station. Our room was decent, bathroom again could do with a revamp but it was very clean and still has some life left in it. Restaurant was decent.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is extraordinarily convenient for trips to NYC. The bus is right around the corner and sometimes takes less than 25 minutes to get to the heart of the city. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets were very clean. Walmart is also very close, which is also very convenient. There is a plaza as well, with Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Burlington, etc.
All in all, GREAT value for money.
It's a great hotel with a good location if you consider exploring NY: Walmart is nearby, and a lot of good restaurants at affordable prices.
Breakfast is great but over the weekends, you have to wai a little bit longer in the lines.
1. Very good location. The bus stop is just outside the hotel, from there you have direct bus to the NY. In about 15 minutes you're in Manhattan.

Great location. Perfect gate to Manhattan. Very nice service! Felt very welcome. Room has a very good standard with great comfy beds. Our room was also very clean.
The Hotel was good, in a very nice location, close to almost everywhere we had to reach (by car),
There was good parking space, there was a lake with a nice view on the property. The Staff was also very helpful.
The rooms were very clean, the photos on the Booking.com site dont do justice to this Hotel as it is a perfect Hotel with all the basic amenities and safety for families with kids.
Excellent Hotel, Good Clean Rooms, Clean Bathrooms, even though it is a small property it was well maintained and the cleanliness was amazing.
