I paid for a double room, but when I arrived they gave me one with one big bed, I asked for two separate beds since there were two of us, both males, but they asked for an extra $50 for that. I don't recommend it, it's a scam, I didn't ask for a better room, I just asked for two separate beds. I will never go to that hotel again, and it was also very dirty. Thank you

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. Modern, very clean, nicely decorated and safe. We were always happy to enter the hotel again to smell the subtle scent everywhere in the building. Coffee, tea and water from 7am to 10pm, delicious breakfast from a local non-profit bakery. The owners were very friendly and always happy to help.
The overall concept of this hotel is just perfect. A parking garage behind a gate, a lobby within the building (not on the ground level) and the obvious effort and love that went into it.
If we decide to visit LA again, we will definitely stay here again!

We liked everything! Our host was sweet and lovely. The garden is gorgeous (huge fig trees and numerous varieties of succulents) and provides great privacy. The tent and porch areas are carefully curated in an interesting and funky bohemian style. Our stay was a total delight! Beds were more comfortable than home and we slept like logs! Secure parking for our car was a huge bonus.

The staff went above and beyond. They were all super friendly and happy to help. We loved the guy on the desk with glasses - he noticed our little boy loved sharks and dinosaurs and gave him a special treat!! Thank you so much :) the lady on the desk also upgraded us to a bigger room with a kitchenette which was perfect for us with a child.
There was a lovely cleaner keeping the lobby spotless, we loved the pop tart breakfast too.
The hotel was perfect location for us visiting Universal and the rosebowl flea.

The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and funny. They provided all the information I needed to know for my stay along with recommendations in the area with regard to food, groceries, entertainment, etc.
The motel has a beautiful & unique aesthetic. Everything seemed very clean and neat. Safety appeared to be a strong point as well. The rooms came with all the necessities and even some extra comforts. The location is great, as the freeway is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and markets around.
The location is close to Universal Park, the area is very safe and very clean, the hotel is very comfortable and the reception employees are very friendly, the breakfast is very complete, the price per room is very considerable and when I return to Los Angeles I will definitely stay. In this hotel.
