Owners are super friendly and welcoming tourists and doggies. There are big grass yard and a swimming pool for dogs, and also SUP! They served different breakfasts for seven days, that's thoughtful. Perfect location for access to Hualien downtown. The proprietor was exceptionally helpful. I arrived for Chinese New Year, so the city was very crowded. By scooter, he personally scouted around the neighborhood for me to find car parking. The room itself was well kept and comfortable.

Same owner has a modern Laundromat in the floor level of the building. I also used the free parking space provided by the owner. I highly recommend Huck for your stay. Owner is available, friendly and communicates well ( in English)before and during the visit.
