A delightful cosy flat which was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay . The decor was very smart and modern and the living area very spacious + kitchen and bathroom were very functional . The new building is itself, a work in progress as new residents settle in , but that was not really a problem. It just needs a bit of a clean up in common areas and outside . Our flat was spotless !!!
Many small markets surrounding the flats + 2 much larger ones about 10 mins walk away .
We were able to walk to all the attractions and parks within the city .

The hotel manager was very friendly, helped with all my needs, including taxi etc. Perfect manager. Very beautiful and cosy building and interior. Outside is ennobled, there are nice gazebos. The nearby cafe also with a friendly staff.

Don't let the dated exterior appearance of the old apartment building put you off... this is a very nice and modern apartment. Comfortable, well-equipped, spacious, everything works, great location in the middle of the city, supermarket nearby, etc. Excellent hosts who provided helpful information and quickly responded to our questions, Recommended,

We were very satisfied with this hotel, I would even say that if you come to Khujand, this is your best choice. The room was even cleaner than the photos. The person who greeted us was Ruslan, he was very welcoming and willing to provide any help. We are sure that we will stay here again when we come to Khujand again.

Very nice apartment. Excellent location in the center of Khujand. Apartment has everything you need and the hosts are both welcoming and fast to answer questions etc. We felt very much at home and were sad we had to leave. Would definitely stay again and cannot recommend enough to everyone!
It was an excellent stay. Clean and comfortable room. You can cook and make coffee & tea there because the owner has prepared all the necessary stuffs. The location of this apartment is very nice, with walking distance to Bazar. Also, the owner is willing to answer all your questions and provide help to you. Overall, it's one of the best choice to stay here.
Khujand is not really a tourist destination, but was a pleasant place to visit. Location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk from the main park and historical museum (castle). Room was very large. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and spoke some English. Where necessary, we communicated using Google Translate. Breakfast was ok and inexpensive. Convenience store next door was ... convenient.
Ideal location, walking distance to all the sights. The accommodation looked new, and it was clean, light and well furnished, including a fridge and efficient
a/c. Good shower pressure, plenty of hot water, large bath towel, comfortable bed. Whilst little English was spoken we managed with the use of Google translate, and help with getting a cheap taxi on the morning of departure was much appreciated.
It wouldn't have been my first choice usually but due to very few options available in Khujand it is the best choice for a budget.
It's a decent size room with good views and reasonable beds. Aircon is a big plus which is necessary in summer. The location is right in the centre.
The place is very clean and secure and it's fine for a few days, there's no major issues.
Staff was great. Especially lady in breakfast room, also the security guy friendly, caring and ready to help. Good location, public bus stop right in front of hotel, easy and cheap to get everywhere.
The location in the center of the city, the host is very friendly, the house is clean and tidy, the area is large, and the bathroom is very clean. The landlord is a beautiful woman.
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Khujand Grand. The location was perfect, next to the museum and we took the cable car over the river. It was a short taxi ride to the bazaar. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, organising a good taxi for us to the border. The room was huge and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.
