The Breakfast was outstanding - huge variety of the highest quality breakfast food all beautifully presented. It is located at a very ideal location if you wanna go to Linnaeus University or the city center or go for a walk by the sea. It is almost across from Kalmar Castle.
The location is ideal with it being a 5 - 10 minute walk to the city centre of Kalmar. You're essentially staying in a basement - a very nice one. It's very roomy and cool in the summer temperatures. You have everything you need and more! The hosts are nice too.
Location was the priority. I'm from Ireland and had just hired a car so was getting used to driving on the right. I wanted break my journey from Malmo to Gotland in Kalmar but didn't want to drive into the city so the location of your hotel just off the motorway was ideal. I arrived late and left at 11 am. I enjoyed an evening meal there and the breakfast the next morning was most satisfactory.
The location was very good, and the host was really nice and tried to help fulfill our requests. The room was also very clean. The shower was great, and the toilets we're very clean. Aside from a pan and a spatula, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there are several supermarkets nearby to get food to cook.
Excellent value for money. Delicious dinner included (Mon-Thu), breakfast also very good. Budget Accommodation is spartanly furnished, but has everything you need and enough space. Location very central, city center within walking distance in 5-10 as well as castle & city park right next door. For this price unbeatable.
