When we arrived, we learned that we had an upgrade to one of the superadobe domes. The one we got had lots of edible flowers right in front of it which we used to prepare light meals and tea. Not to forget the view! We also joined the farm lunch and dinner once which was absolutely fantastic. Meeting all of the animals also made for a heartwarming moment. Overall, a great place with great people. What a unique experience!

Great villa in Tabua! My family and I stayed for a total of 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The villa is spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and has modern amenities, a wonderful view of the sea, and a great outdoor area/pool. It's in a good location for exploring Madeira island......including about 20-25 minutes to Funchal and about the same to the north coast via one of the central valleys. The host, Orlanda, was easy to communicate with and responsive every time I reached out with a question and/or an update. I wouldn't hesitate to book Villa Golden Charm again and would highly recommend to other families looking for a great place to stay on the south coast of Madeira.
