The room is located close to Old Town which allows easy navigation on foot as well as quick access to the trams. The room itself was extremely clean and tidy. The decor, fittings and furniture were modern and stylish with effort being taken to provide all creature comforts and necessities (bar fridge, microwave, washing machine etc.). The lounge/dining area is spacious with a couch, table, drink stands and ambient lighting. The entryway has desiginated areas for luggage (so it's out of the way). The reception staff Ava & Monica were delightful, welcoming and friendly. They were eager to help with recommendations for dining and site-seeing around Krakow. We really got the sense that they wanted us to get the most out of our stay. Breakfast in the adjoining cafè was organised effortlessly. The cafè itself is stunningly designed (someone must've had a lot of fun decorating it!) and, importantly, the food was great. All in all, really enjoyed our stay at H11 Aparthotel and highly recommend it to future travellers!

The hotel location is perfect, you are very close to the city center and you and very close to the main street that you can meet big bus drivers if you book something like that.The stuff was amazing and very helpfull with everything. The breakfast could be a bit more rich, but thats just a very personal opinion about food not a bad think. We loved our room, how clean it was and how comfortable we felt there.

The pictures on booking.com were an exact match with reality. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. I was greeted with two cans of cold, sparkling water, and there was a coffee machine with coffee capsules and the creamers provided. The building and its surroundings were clean, tidy, and modern. I strongly recommend you to stay here. The price value is just great, and the personel was kind and polite.

This balance allowed for a tranquil stay while still being conveniently located to explore the city. For a brief visit to Krakow, this hotel was an excellent choice. It offered all the amenities and services needed for a comfortable stay, making it a fantastic option for travelers seeking a high-quality experience in a short timeframe. While my stay was mostly flawless, there were a couple of minor hiccups. There were issues with the showerhead, which required attention from the staff. Additionally, there was a noticeable stain on the table that caught the eye. However, these small inconveniences were outweighed by the overall positive experience.
