I was looking for a quiet hotel to give myself some much-needed rest before traveling into the rainforest. This was exactly what I experienced at Fitzcarrald Hotel. The property manager was very accommodating and got our AC fixed when it wasn’t cooling properly. Also it was nice that someone was always at the front desk. It made us feel safe since we were traveling with littles. Our kids loved the pool! We would definitely stay here again!

The main things I was looking for I found them at this place. Good location, clean rooms, AC working perfectly. Internet was decent but that’s an issue in the city of Iquitos. I would definitely stay at this place again when I go back to Iquitos. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
