Amazing location, not even a minute walk from plaza de armas, very clean, great rooms and let us keep our bags there when we went out of the city for a couple of days. The common areas, kitchen, sofas etc are very spacious.

I like to stay at las Mercedes hotel! The employees are very kind and they have a night shift if you are chemin very late! He only things is the shower! It took a long time to have hot water and they have only shower curtains so it is very difficult to find enough space to take a shower but to stay two nights it is the good place to stay!

Perfect location next to the monastery in the centre, Our room was very quiet and comfortable, hot water, great breakfast with cereals, coffee (all day) and eggs cooked freshly, we even had to call a doctor for slight altitude sickness and this was arranged very quickly. The staff were amazing. There's a rooftop with shaded seating where you can see the mountains and the city, very nice at night. Would definitely book this again.
