The lodges are very nicely located in Sangalle and the beds are comfortable. The pool was a great way to cool off after the long and strenuous descent. Rynaldo is an extremely friendly and obliging host. The dinner was the highlight. We had a three-course menu and nothing was left to be desired. Breakfast gave us the energy we needed for the ascent the next day.

We had a great stay at Las Palmeras. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We even did a tour with the owner, which took us to some incredible miradores that we missed because we arrived to Cabanaconde by collectivo.

Upon arrival and during the stay, Deborah was super helpful and sweet. They have an amazing breakfast and it's such a lovely place. It is not right by the main square but we liked it better as the place was quiet. Beautiful view as well, there's no need to go to any other rooftop bar. We want to go back to Arequipa just to stay here again, that's how much we loved it!
