A good place to stay and the tours run by the owners are great! The owners are very friendly and doing some wonderful work in the area as biologists. I did their walk to the Cerro National Park and it was very good.

Small rooms but clean as a whistle. Linens are old but serviceable. Grounds are lovely. Location for us, perfect. Owner is so enjoyable to chat with and learn the area. Mike is a very nice man. Breakfast was for us just right but for others may not be enough. You can add with charge for more. Our dogs loved the grounds only it seems one of ours killed one of his chickens. We feel badly about that. The beach entrance is just around his corner. So close.
Torio is a garden paradise for miles and miles. Gorgeous area of Panama. Lush and pristine. Bird watching is excellent.

Morrillo Beach Eco Resort is such an outstanding Place! In every Detail you feel the Soul of Cari & Ryan and they both do all they can to make your stay an amazing experience. We love the unique location, situated Directly at the river, the ocean and in the jungle. The beaches are amazing - Most of the time we had them for our own. Right in Front the eco Resort is the river where you can visit the magical mangroves by SUP or Kayak. We loved the authentic food (there is not a big Choice, but remember where you are and what‘s the intent oft an eco resort :-) ). Everything is freshly cooked and tastes so good! Directly on the Resort area lives a troop of howler Monkeys which are so cool to observe while your stay because it‘s Not such a Kind of Zoo but Their Natural habitat. Make sure to read Cari‘s Blog on the Website, which is very informative - you won‘t need a Travel Guide any more ;-). All in all it was an amazing stay on a stunning Place with heartwarming Hosts. The place has an amazing view, very private, peaceful location. The wildlife, nature and beach are amazing, untouched, thriving. Bungalow is wonderfully set up, very nice, spacious, private.
The room was comfortable, fresh, clean, big and had a nice view.
The building is well maintained and pool area has a beautiful view to the ocean and sunset.
They are pet friendly so that is a big plus. The road to get there is OK, considering that was raining every night, but definetly SUV is the best option for that last 3 kms.
Location is really nice. Really a good place to disconnect and relax.
- Location: fantastically situated on a cape overlooking the Pacific Ocean, next to a pristine jungle beach just for yourself and 3 km to the surf spot at Playa Morillo. The property is reached on a 3 km long private gravel road, doable with a normal car if you drive slowly and on the side of the road.

- The owner Gaby is a delight. Always smiling, preparing food. Incredible that she carved this property out of the jungle when she arrived in 2006.
