As it's name, Home away Tioman truly feels like home. We were given a warm welcome from Sukri. The stay was very pleasant for families with kids, the homestay is just stone away from the beach. It gives a cozy front yard with wooden seats, a swing for any occasion be it to enjoy the beach or the sunset. We went snorkeling at the reef just in front of Homeaway Tioman, we spotted black tip shark, sea turtle and clown fish. The night is quiet and good for anyone seeking for a short Island gateaway. The food from Nenek is delicious and we have most of the meals here in this humble but cosy restaurant! She has a very high standard and takes pride in her cooking!We definitely will come back again!Will miss everyone here on HomeawayTioman

Wee is the best host you can ask for, he goes over and beyond to make your stay at Tioman Island perfect. He is also very knowledgeable and arranges amazing snorkel trips. Rooms are very clean. Each room has a view of the cove. Wifi in the lobby/dining area was excellent. Fantastic staff! The beach offers easy access to the reef and snorkeling was possible for anyone of any skill level. If you enjoy nature, this is a great place to stay. There is abundant sea life (sea turtles, baby sharks, sting rays and lots of tropical fish species) and jungle inhabitants (monkeys, giant squirrels, lizards) etc.

Beach shack was great in all ways! The staff is very nice, the location is perfect and on a beautiful beach. We loved our room which was more then enough space for two to sleep and we really enjoyed having a little front porch. Breakfast is a lovely bonus and a sizable coffee or tea included. Best place to stay in Juara, and you can even enjoy a lovely taxi ride through the jungle and ride in the bed of the truck to see all the views! The common space/deck is pretty big and a great spot for book reading on a hammock

Ella's Place is an amazing getaway and we had the best time staying there. The family that stays there is extremely nice and welcoming, we were able to rent snorkeling gear there, get a boat taxi and even accompany them on a hike. The outside area, including a cafe where they serve breakfast, is very cute and inviting and we spent a lot of time there. On the last evening, they helped our group set up a squid barbecue from fresh squid caught by their family. Overall would definitely stay there again on Pulau Tioman!
