Absolutely amazing pool - the largest (longest) we have ever seen. Very professional staff - we felt being taken personal care of all the time. Special thanks for late checkout. Separate special thanks to Leo, who is a master-waiter, and to everyone at the reception desk - we really enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the Milam to anyone visiting Tulum.

Perfect in so many ways. Location is fantastic, though a 10 minute walk to the main strip. It's next to the jungle, a great Indian restaurant, and an exceptional spa (Flora Spa). Rooms are large, internet is great, good desk and chair for remote work, and organic products in the shower, which has excellent pressure. Exceptional value for money and friendly staff on site. Can't see how it would be better.
