The staff is very kind. They really give you a full idea of what you can do in the island and the costs. They also have good partnerships with some tour for the coral reef (which unfortunately I didn't have the possibility to use for bad weather) and scooter renta. The position is excellent, really 2 minutes from the ferry. The beds are confortables and the curtains effective for sleeping

We loved our stay at Casa Coral! Fabulous big room with good air conditioning, a large kitchen and nice bathroom. The pool was super nice after days out exploring and we were really grateful for the free tanks of drinking water provided. It’s about a 10-15min walk into the centre, but we liked the walk and found great restaurants (plus the supermarket) very close to the property. Highly recommend staying here!

Manuel was very accommodating and catered to our every need. The first night they were without electricity following a hurricane and so they arranged a different hotel for us to stay in.
The location is away from the business of the town and surrounded by beautiful birds, it's a very relaxing and secluded place to retreat to after a morning out in the sea.
We felt very comfortable and able to acclimatise here for a week before moving on to other locations in quintana roo.

Good location, big dorm room with just 3 beds; the cheapest price on Cozumel (200 pesos per night:)), owner tries to make this place sort of trust and open, so don't be surprised when you find out there are no lockers and main door remains open 24/7. However, I would say it's more an advantage and the place is safe
We loved this property, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable. The food and cocktails in the restaurant were very good! It’s in a great location if you’re flying directly into Cozumel and the onsite scooter rental makes it very easy to get around the little island. We personally didn’t use the pool or sunbeds due to a busy diving itinerary but the area was very clean and well kept.
Great location, room was very clean and well equipped. Garden is beautiful. First breakfast we had here was very delicious. We came before check in time but room was already ready so we could enjoy more time there. We had scooter so they let us bring it to the garden and even helped to do it.
We had a great time at this apartment. We messaged the host prior to arrival and he met us there right on time. The complex is beautiful! The pool was spotless and it was great to sit in the little courtyard. The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Good hot water and AC as well. It was an easy and short taxi ride to the centre (tip - book your taxi on the taxi Facebook page). We liked the trade off of a quieter location/bigger space vs being more central.
Ideal location in town just a short walk from the ferry. The staff were great, the large room was good with a wide and comfortable bed, and the breakfast (though not included) was excellent! We were trying to decide between this place and one of the more resort-type hotels down the coast, but we were happy we made this choice for the convenience of being near the ferry and all the nice places to eat in town.
Absolutely lovely hosts! Nora was super helpful and made us feel comfortable, provided all the information on how to get to the property and make the check in experience smoother. She gave us a lovely list of restaurant recommendations, which was much appreciated. Rooms are very clean and spacious, located just next to the beach. All the basic amenities provided. Thank you for a great stay.
The location of Kippal was prime! Grocery store around the corner and just a short walk to the blvd with restaurants and stores! I also requested if our room could be decorated with some balloons and flowers prior to our arrival for an extra cost and Ayelet along with the staff did a superior job at coordinating and carrying out (although exceeding the requested budget). The roof-top was spectacular. I would definitely spend some time checking it out and kicking back!
Cute hostel. nothing too fancy, but very clean and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Location is AMAZING, right off the ferry and walking distance to anywhere in the touristic area.
