What a gem! This hotel is 16 suites. The staff were phenomenal, the facilities (pool, onsite restaurants) were perfect & the view onto the sea was gorgeous.
Breakfast included was such a bonus - lovely coffees, pastries, juice, menu & options. The staff were just brilliant; at breakfast, in the Elba restuarant, on the Oia rooftop bar. They went above and beyond at every opportunity. Each member of staff could name us and remembered specific drink/food orders, etc. It really made this feel like a luxury experience.
The rooftop pool was the perfect spot to relax, we spent more time in this hotel than we had planned! If you wanted to, you wouldn't have to leave. Have breakfast downstairs, a walk along the beach, back to the pool, Japanese tapas for lunch poolside, evening Italian dinner in Elba restaurant - just perfect.
The main road didn't bother us - we were concerned about it before we arrived. Uber & Bolt is always 1-2 minutes away and it is 10/15 minutes drive to St Julians/St Pauls/Valetta.
We have recommended XVI Suites to family & friends, and really hope to return!

Modern, clean and spacious appartment in a quiet neighbourhood. The appartment was well equipped (kitchen facilities, appliances, toiletries, shampoos etc) and information re the island was provided. The location is very good giving access with ease to the rest of the island. The host (Mark) was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Location is perfect, minutes from the bus station from where you can explore the rest of the island. There is minimarket near. The area was lovely and quite. The apartment is very spacious, accessible and very well equipped, the beds and the pillows very comfortable. Hot water all time. Staf was extremely helpful, polite and kind at any times. The location of the property is very comfortable, the bus stop is nearby which it can bring you to multiple places. The apartment is cozy, we had the room with the sea view so it was quite nice. There are plenty amenities, washing machine, iron, dryer for the clothes outside, detergent is provided for everything. There was a fan in our room which I like a lot because I get cold with the AC, living room has AC. Good value for the money.

The quality of the facilities was fantastic, including the bar and the food in the restaurant. Free parking in the local public car park was a real bonus for travellers with a hire car and access to cheap public transport for those without. The staff were all amazing
The staff were very helpful. The lady at check in gave us all the information we needed which helped our stay. The breakfast was amazing/ delicious and it was nice that there were a few options to choose from. The location is ideal if you want a quieter place but in close proximity to St Julian’s and St Paul’s bay and there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel. My favourite bit was having a clean beach a walk away and free use of the pool on the third floor. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.
The location was good for walking to the local bars and restaurants in the centre of Naxxar and was an ideal location for driving to other parts of the island. The apartment was exactly as described and very comfortable. Being at the top of the building, we particularly enjoyed the panoramic view from the apartment patio. You will not be disappointed if you book this accommodation.
The hotel is in an excellent location to explore Malta with a very good bus service nearby (€2) ..the hotel itself is very clean and staff are both helpful and friendly...facilities were excellent ...food great and rooms spacious and very comfortable with a large bathroom with an excellent shower.
