The tiny house in the midst of closed hotels (in summer, since Oukaimeden is a winter resort) first looked a bit rustic al with the deco and the fireplace, but the beds, bathrooms were all in best shape, clean, there was hot water although I was the only (first) guest and Rashid took perfectly care of everything, made an excellent Tajine in the evening and even brought the breakfast over from his little restaurant although I was his single client. The Riad was perfect. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. It has been the best shower I have had in all of Morocco and lots of hot water! The view from the roof terrace is breath taking and perfect for relaxing with a book and a cup of tea. Hassan and Muhammad couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, they were wonderful hosts and we felt very well cared for. The food was delicious, Sadie is a wonderful cook. Perfect place to relax and go for walks for a few days 😊

Tigmi Tacheddirt is a special place. The host went out of his way to make our time here wonderful. It is nestled against a beautiful mountain backdrop with a beautiful patio to sit and enjoy views. Dinner (tangine) and breakfast (typical Moroccan spread) were delicious. There were lots of extra blankets around to help with the chilly nights and there was warm water for a shower too. The hiking in the area is exceptional.
