Staying on the river itself has such a magical feeling and then the rooms just add to that. Very clean and modern with a few vintage touches here and there which draws on the hotel's wonderful history. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. We swam in the river most days, the water was not too cold and the current is weak due to the basin. Breakfast is a high quality buffet. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Dinner is reasonably priced and again high quality. Staff are friendly and helpful.
