First the Location, It is Close to the Highway Entrance and located next to the main road. That is great. When it comes to the Rooms, We reserve the Family room. Those are spacious and have comfy beds. Also we got a good parking space on that place. Owner is helpful with our requests. Overall it's a great place. most importantly Value for money.

A lovely place run by wonderfully hospitable people.The rooms were big and comfortable and clean.The pool was nice and always cleaned.The hotel's dining is exceptional with delicious food. Breakfast was also delicious and had a mix of continental and traditional food. You can relax in a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by beautiful nature. All the staff members are extremely polite, responsive and kind. They have been very accommodating with me, highly recommended and I will be back.

Wonderful spot which we stopped over at for a night between Ella and the southern beaches. The pool was stunning, rooms were clean, comfortable and plenty of space, and it was a lovely surprise to have a fruit plate waiting for us. Amazing pressure in the shower (best we’ve had in Sri Lanka), and the staff were exceptional, so warm and friendly. Really loved that they’re trying to be self sufficient with the solar panels on the roof, and the property felt very secure and private.

Among the best guest houses I've been. Very friendly and helpful owner, excellent food and tea, central and quiet location with sea view, 100m from beach and 500m from main bus station. Room had private bathroom, fan, good ventilation and daylight, is mosquito-proof when doors closed, and had a balcony with sea view. Free wifi is available. Very good value for money. It's very pleasant to sit on the balcony or in the shaded garden in the breeze, hear the sound of the waves and enjoy the view.

I spent 1 night there and everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is close to town and beach front. As for the room was very big clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

I liked the pleasant staff. The location is across the street from the fishing harbor and a couple of sitting areas which filled with locals each evening. The hotel room is air conditioned. In complete fairness - for the price I got exactly what I believed available. When I left I thanked the clerk and gave a tip. My remarks below are for others to know a bit more specifically. The hotel is not what is portrayed on Booking. But it is an inexpensive hotel in south Sri Lanka run by kind people who will try to make you happy if you ask.
Quiet, spacious shady balcony outside the rooms and a lookout platform that is great for birdwatching and sunsets. Hosts welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable, especially on the birdlife having worked as a guide at Bundala National Park. The accommodation which included air conditioning was great too. The location is ideal being within walking distance to Bundala National Park. The safari they organised was fantastic (they own the jeep) were a good price and professional. .
We had an amazing stay at this lovely place. Best location with (almost) a private beach. The room was very clean. Comfortable bed. A/C functioning well. The host and the food were amazing. What a nice and friendly man. Taking such good care of us, cooking amazing food and having a good chat.

It's nice comfortable budget hotel to stay. They packed the breakfast for me as I went out early morning. location is very convenient to Bundala National park. Very beautiful view from the roof top terrace. Lots of birds around the hotel. Mr. Premasiri is very kind and polite. He is very punctual and hard working to make guests comfortable stay. Great Sri Lankan food.
Great location . Sea and lagoon on either side. The golf court landscape is very beautiful.
Rooms are bit dull as the property is close to sea . Bathrooms are very clean. Buffet is tastier but not upto the expectations.
