Mona (the host) is very lovely and made us the best meals. We thought it was a amazing that we only had to walk 1 minute to the private natural after a hot day. You will be in the middle of nature at this place and we loved it! We saw a lot of different small animals just by sitting outside our room and watching. It’s a quiet and calming place to get some rest after a day wildrafting ;).
Be aware that it is a little bit of a difficult road to get to the accommodation.

One of our favorite experiences in Sri Lanka - a remote and hidden gem, surrounded by lush mountains. The family is amazing! Especially Dewika, the heart and chef of this beautiful little Homestay, who made our stay so unique. Don’t miss out on her delicious (and cheaply priced) dinner and breakfast, which is cooked in her authentic and ancient outdoor kitchen.

Amazing Resort in the middle of the jungle! Perfect to stay if you want to visit Aberdeen and Laxapana Waterfalls. You get exactly what you expect from the photos. Extremely friendly service and the most amazing food. We stayed there for 2 nights and felt so welcome. They helped us with everything!

We had a lovely stay at the remote, jungle location of Arsulana. We were greeted by Ashley who gave us a warm welcome and tips for our stay. The food and service was good and we really enjoyed our white water rafting. Overall a great place to spend a few days on your way to the tea country.

This hotel is a hidden gem, in colonial style with big rooms and even bigger balconies. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean and well maintained. From the pool there was a spectacular mountain view.
Location is a hillside jungle resort - great nature experience with water flowing noise in the background and an unbelievable nature noise in the night.
We had a lovely stay! The location is amazing, quiet and peaceful. We came for a few days of rest and the location was perfect for this. The room has a great view and you can walk to the river, owners are really friendly and could tell us a lot about the environment and fauna (and more tips for our stay in Sri Lanka - thanks guys!). The food was delicious and we were really happy we could do our laundry. Recommendable!
