Best accommodation one could ask for the end of Kumano Kodo.
Ura-san, the owner of the property was extremely kind and understanding, even with my many changes to the pick-up time. The rice and blueberries grown by him were delicious.
The property is spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

3min walk from the JR station. Clean simplistic furnishings Muji style but has all the things needed, even a portable night lamp. Has only 2 exclusive rooms on the 3rd floor. 2nd floor is the bathroom and toilet, open pantry and relax chill corner. Ground floor is a co-working space. Family mart is 7 min walk away and the fish auction market was also within short walking distance. Place was quiet after 5pm but staff had recommended a good sushi restaurant that I enjoyed.

The house was spotless and had all the necessary amenities for a very comfortable stay. We loved that it’s a fusion of traditional Japanese and modern interior decor. Looks like it has just been done up. All the appliances look new. Our host is a lovely lady who showered our child and us with omiage and treats. Wish we could stay longer!

We stayed at the hotel after a long trek during the Kumano Kodo. The place is amazing, at 10 min from Kii Katsuraa station. The room was big, with a beautiful view on top of the sea. the onsens are amazing, and the buffet is good
