The breakfast was fresh and tasty, although day to day very similar. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Check in / out is automated and simple to use, however, I’ve always been more of a prefer a personal greeting person.

I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The staff were sweet, and the location is close to the train station and it’s not too far away from the main city of Tokyo. I went on hikes and checked out the main city too.

For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
The breakfast was included and was excellent every morning with staff always on hand and attentive. Food was also varied each morning. Hotel was spotless and staff were very helpful.
Location is the best you can ask for in Sagami-ono, right above the shops and station. Facilities are good for short to medium stays with washing machine and microwave available. Good size rooms for Japan, felt very comfortable. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Also the spa on the 14th floor was fantastic for a relaxing massage!
Cozy little lofted rooms. Common area with tea and coffee. Owner was kind enough to give us a partial refund as one of our guests was under 1 (wasn't expecting that) and also let us have an umbrella as it was raining and we did not have one. Everything was very clean and tidy looking.
The location of this hotel is ideal, everything was neat and tidy. Also, there was no noise at all in my room. The big shopping malls are at walking distance.
Location is close to Sagamiko Pleasure Forest.
Staffs are helpful, though a bit difficult to communicate in English, using Google translate helps.
The room is rather small, but had all the basic amenities, including a microwave.
There's breakfast bento provided in the morning. We were a bit late in picking up the bento, and the staff kindly send them up to our room.
