I wish I could have stayed for longer. The facilities were spotless and tidy. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. The room was comfortable and beautiful. The environment in the house was really peaceful and it was really quiet at night. The manager was a very kind man, always there to help. I am thankful that I had the chance to stay here.
Location was also perfect, less than 10 minutes walk from Okayama station.

Perfect Location, connected to train station. Impeccable service, staff were all genuine warm smiles and bent over backwards to help their customers. The front office staff helped me with every booking (haircut, nail appointment, restaurant bookings, train tickets, you name it!) They were absolutely lovely to deal with and the meals we had at the hotel were delicious, especially the lounge treats were very good. Okayama was my favorite place to relax as it's not overcrowded like many other big Japanese cities.

Good location right on the main tram line that’s 5 mins ride from the main train station. Close walk to the Castle and the public garden. The garden was spectacular by the way. Efficient, clean and inexpensive hotel. Also easy access by local train to the Naoshima art island.
The property had everything we could wish for! All amenities in place, very clean, comfortable room and bed, little noise, and good location (close to the station). All this for affordable price, would very much recommend!
What made our stay superb was the hospitality of the host! He accommodated our ad-hoc travel style, he went above and beyond to keep our luggage safe so we could visit Naoshima, which we were very grateful for! Thank you!
Location was by far the best factor. It's connected to Okayama station. Amenities were great, has everything u need from a budget hotel. Room was small but that's to be expected with the cheapest variant for a twin room. Cleanliness was really good, view from the room was also pretty sweet. Loads of floors have coin laundry and vending machines. Staff were nice too.
