The hosts were extremely attentive. Cooking facilities were available shared with the family. The bathroom was also shared but there was no problem whatsoever. Very pleasant surprise : this is a very confortable appartement in a quiet neighbourhood litteraly steps away from the main sanctuary of Izumo. You need a car to get there but there is a reserved parking spot in the back. Free NetFlix and a superb Harman Kardon speaker bluetooth connects easily with your phone for some feel-at-home music. A small "Supa" right in front will provide to your basic needs otherwise, a 5min drive will get you all you need for a dinner at home. The only draw back is the owner : you have to phone him (not convenient with a Canadian line : we had to find a public phone) to get him to remotely unlock the entrance. But once in, it is home! We highly recommand.
