It’s brand new and the design is really the Italian way, I got some inspirations for my home 😄 It’s more like a big shared flat, so with the other 3 rooms, and a nice espresso machine. There you need a car if you want to travel around. But everything is nearby, supermarket, small bakery, and if you are ready to jog to the beach it’s about a few min with the car
