Fantastic and impressive house with a very nice swimming pool! The reception was wonderful, they waited up for us since we had a very late arrival (23:30). The room was on the small side, but had perfect air conditioning. The bathroom was completely modern and very stylish!! I would recommend to anyone visiting the area!!

Villa Gaia did not disappoint on arrival, the house and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Our holiday got off to an amazing start. From the very moment we booked, the host Pina contacted us to help us arrange anything we needed for our holiday. After a short exchange, she put us in touch with Letizia (Wanderit) who helped to book a whole array of activities during our stay, from local restaurants, to a wine tasting excursion, truffle hunting, a chef that cooked for us at the villa and a Michelin star restaurant. Although we were quite busy, we still had a couple of days by the pool and enjoying the villa itself. We had two dogs with us who also enjoyed their time as the grounds were secure and they were welcomed by the host. The super market was only a short drive, as was the local town for any shopping needs. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our time, really appreciated the extra effort by Pina and Letizia and would gladly recommend this place to others!!

Our 4 night stay at Agriturismo Cascina Monchiero exceeded our expectations. The hosts were superb making recommendations & booking on our behalf activities, restaurants & places to see. No request was too difficult. Francesca & Eugenio were very knowledgeable about the region & were very kind with their time to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay an experience to remember. The new swimming pool & the large garden terrace were perfect places to relax & soak in the beautiful country surroundings. The breakfast was lovely with choice of cereals, bacon & eggs, fruit & delicious home made tartes & biscuits. We were able to chose exceptional wines for relaxing on the terrace & the hosts didn't mind us bringing some fresh produce to dine on the terrace. One of the highlights of our stay at Bra was the eBike Tour that the hosts organised for us using the brand new bikes from https://www.roeroebike.com/. We also enjoyed the history of the Cascina with incredible story of how the hosts completely rebuilt the property to what it is today over 10 years. The presentation & authenticity of Cascina Monchiero speaks for themselves.

We had a warm welcome with Carlo and we enjoyed hearing about the history of the house, which has a lovely situation on the outskirts of Bra. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. We would like to return in the summer months when the pool is open. In Bra itself we ate in 3 different restaurants and all served us delicious fare.
