I have to admit that it was one of the best accommodations I had the pleasure of experiencing in Italy in terms of value for money. First of all, clean, lots of space and discreet but very kind help from the owner. It was very touching that half an hour before our arrival he turned on the air conditioning to cool our room. The apartment was as advertised, in an excellent location for exploring Umbria (Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Santa Maria degli Angeli, Cascata del Marmore, Spoleto). Instructions to self check in were easy to follow. Located nearby the apartment is a nice bakery, a grocery store, an excellent pizza shops all within walking distance. There are excellent restaurants in close driving proximity. Eat in or eat out both are easily accomplished.
