The staff was extra friendly and helpful. In our case they helped us to get doctor. Eventhough the hotel is not directly situated in Monterosso, the shuttle bus is definitely worth and makes the situation better. Driving through the mountain roads Was totaly worth it to stay in this hotel. The view While driving through the mountains was already very beautiful but not even close to the epic view from the hotel! You can parc the car in a private parking of the hotel, next to the road and sealed off with a fence. Then there is a buggy shuttle to the hotel, a possitive adventure to get to the hotel a bit further down hill. The room was sublime, the bed was just perfect, the bathroom has everything you need. There is a shuttle service to go to the new and old town, but you can go by car also. The old and new town are connected and very charming to go to. The restaurant of the hotel was closed on monday but we ate at Miky in the new town, a recomandation of the hotel. The service is perfect, every effort is made to answer your questions and wishes, with a smile!!

Very spacious apartment for a family of 4 and very comfortable. Lots of amenities including great AC and wifi. The host was very friendly and gave us maps of the areas and train/boat schedules as well as restaurant recommendations. She had some sweets waiting when we arrived which was very nice.
