Everything was perfect! Very clean and pretty. Terrace with an amazing view of Bonassola. The accomodation is up on a mountain so it is not that close to the center and the beach (well, it is close but the road is pretty winding :)) there was a free bus going down that took people to the beach - always punctual and drivers were very nice! The was a parking at the hostel, but we didn't went to the beach by car as the parking in the city center was rather expensive, the bus took about couple of minutes so it was very convenient option! Luca was an incredible host, he made us delicious breakfast every day and was always eager to chat. He provided us with all necessary information as where to go, what to see in the nearby (if you go you need to take a boat and see Cinque Terre, Piza is also very close - we went by car). Bonassola is a rather small city but very cozy with great restaurants and clean beach. We were now in September but there were still many tourists as the weather was hot and sunny. I imagine it can be pretty crowded in July and August. I definitely recommend to everyone! Thank you Luca for amazing vacation! 🏖️😊

The cute little apartment was freshly renovated and we had our own parking spot, which was great. Jessica, our host, was very friendly and helpful. She provided us with lots of information and also called the tourist office to check for the new summer bus timetable. The location was great, the communication with the owner was fantastic, and her guide to finding the location and parking spot on.... It's a short walk to the train station for 5 Terra, and less cost and crowds of people. Bonassola also has hikes and sea access that merits as much as 5 terra without the crowds.....

Everything was so beautiful here, starting from Judith who was so kind and accommodating, to her amazing home-grown tomatoes, house, greenery, flowers and everything around. The view was stunning and being away from the noise and busy Cinque Terre was like being in heaven. We loved it and we will come back when the road takes us back to this area. Our breakfast and diner were outdoor terrace. very good location, near train station, it was very comfortable. very nice pedestrian way from Banassola to Levanto. Alberto was very good owner. I only wish the room has at least a kettle and a TV . but the owner explained that it’s a 1star hotel and they do not require to have this. I love this town and Luca's place. First the town: Very quiet, old town feel but not "dead", iIt was alive with it's own charm, and had a lovely pebble beach and cute cafes catering to the 800+ residents. We felt like locals, I got to use my limited italian in the little shops and restaurants. Of course it's not busy and full of things to see like the Cinque Terre towns, but I love the peace and quiet. Luca was an absolutely wonderful host, we came late due to our rough travel plans, and he made time to pick us up from the station (although it's so close, less than 5-10 minute walk) it was kind of him to do so, we appreciate it. The rooms are modern, clean, home-y. There was a kettle, capsule machine, tv, hairdryer, soap/shampoo, coffee and tea all provided. There is a shared microwave outside the room. No laundry facilities in the room but we could dry some wet clothes from the rain, outside the window on a clothes line. Will come back. Thank you, Luca!
