We stayed just for one night so we didn't have time to use the spa, but the apatment is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. The hostess Monica was very helpful and patient with us. The apartment is just a very short walk from the beautiful centre of Aquileia and Foro Romano.

This spacious apartment has been the most comfortable we've stayed in on our three month European holiday. It was large, very clean, had a fully equipped kitchen and a great private terrace overlooking the beautiful church and surrounds. The apartment was cool and air conditioning worked well during our hot August stay. We were provided with a private parking space and bicycles for this flat, bicycle friendly region. Communication with the owners was excellent and they responded to any needs we had efficiently. Our stay was peaceful and relaxed and August holiday crowds were almost non existent. Aquieilia has a lot to offer, if you are interested in Roman and Medieval art or the extensive wetlands. Grado, which is just 10ks away, is a busy fishing port with a wonderful old town and early Christian churches. One can take the ferry from Aquileia to Grado along the canal and at Grado take the Ferry to Trieste. Yes, the bells toll at 6am and 8pm but we loved and got used to them. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely return.

A fantastic place to relax. Very friendly and welcoming staff (thank you Giuliana!). Accommodation as described. In my opinion it is probably even better and nicer than in the pictures and in the description of the house. Place clean, comfortable, garden very nice. For me it was very important too that I could come with my dog. You can use bicycles for free without any problem. It is worth to use them, there are nice bike paths in the area and there are many attractions to visit. The owner - Mrs Giuliana - speaks English, you can ask her about various things without any problem. She always suggests and advises. I recommend this place, it is really great. I will be passing through in Aquileia in July and I know I will look in to Mrs Giuliana to say hello!

We have been to Italy many times. We did not have too high expectations from previous experiences, but Panigai House is absolutely exceptional and completely surprised and enchanted us. Beautiful, modern rooms, beautiful views from the terrace, working air conditioning, pier where you can moor your boat, a fantastic breakfast and the best is Elena, the lady who takes care of the house. She speaks perfect English / probably German too /, always smiling. The house is located in solitude in beautiful nature two steps from the sea bay. If you want to party and the hustle and bustle of the big city, Panigai is not the best choice for you, if you want beautiful nature, romance, great service and peace is the best choice. Thank you
