Very nice, intimate hotel! This place has a soul! The rooms were renovated, clean, with the coffee machine, fridge, airco and balcony just next to the swimming pool. The garden was very nice to chill and to sunbath. Very nice owners, family business. SOS device under the shower. Breakfast was not too big but good, fresh eggs, cheese, ham, croissants, cake, fruits, jams, nutella etc. and delicious coffee! I really recommend that place! Only half hour to Como. Parking on the property with closed fence. Every room has it's own code so no key needed, VERY GOOD IDEA!

We had a wonderful stay and thank Sergio for his genuine warm welcome and attention. The rooms were large, comfortable and very clean and breakfast offered a good selection with great coffee. We will be back!
The rooms are spacious and very clean.The furniture is modern. Very nice and large bathroom. Independent check-in. Breakfast is good, with fresh OJ, pastries (and more on request) and delicious capuccino/coffee. Free parking very close.
The highlight of the B&B is Giuliano and the staff. Although their coffee shop from downstairs was always full, Giuliano always took the time for us to help with information, recommendations or simply to make sure that we are well accommodated.
The room was spacious enough, very clean and pretty well soundproofed.
